The following information represents current billing rates and practices for ambulance services provided by Mt. Washington Fire & EMS.


  • Basic Life Support (BLS) $1,600.00
  • Advanced Life Support 1 (ALS-1) $1,950.00
  • Advanced Life Support 2 (ALS-2) $2,750.00
  • Specialty Care Transport (SCT) $3,250.00
  • Loaded Mileage Rate $30.00/MILE
  • Treatment and No Transport $360.00
  • ALS Disposable Fee $200.00
  • BLS Disposable Fee $150.00
  • Oxygen Fee $10.00


• Mt. Washington Fire & EMS does not collect from residents of the Mt. Washington Fire Protection District.

• Mt. Washington Fire & EMS will bill the patient when in custody of law enforcement or is a prisoner/inmate of a correctional institution.
